Examples of possible Tuning Kits

1. Web-Snap / Dynamic blower

The dynamic „WebSnap“ blowing mechanism avoids paper blockage even with extremely thin qualities.

Specifically to be selected pneumatical, this tool which can be hinged away by controllable tension, leads to a changeable web guide roll with a defined end position through an aluminium air glide crossbar.

Even with high production rates no web loss emerges and on the infeed roller less paper has to be spooled.

2. Air Stream Glide Table

We replace the old standard feeder by an antistatic coated aluminium feeder.

Integrated air stream rails with separate air supply, a quick snap changing system and precision fixing a constantly high production rate is allowed, without wrinkling even with critical paper qualities.

Static charges, ink and silicon accumulations are – in contrast to the old laminations – held low by this tuning.

3. Precision Air Bar Table

You would like to modernize this machine unit? By installation of inventive air stream rails a significant improvement of transport and holding power is gained.

According to your wishes the functionality of single air stream rails can be driven either electrical or pneumatic. Thus, a comfortable adjustment of air stream rails is possible within the process of production, even with delicate paper qualities.

A separate linear drive to adjust the complete „Air Table“ from B-side position allows higher and continual production rates.

4. Optimized Breaking Roller

It’s your choice to have the cylinder either exchanged or reconditioned.

If you decide for reconditioning, the cylinder will be clarified. The inner tread will be adjusted and optimized by fine-grinding. The cylinder will be reconstructed with new window bars and ball races.

A specific air guide as well as the pneumatic adjustability of the vacuum angle leads to constantly higher rate of production with extremely less abrasion.

5. Side Stopps

The new side stops are easy and clearly arranged to be adjusted from the inner surface of the supporting stand.

The easy-to-handle leading is extremely precise, optional positioning is possible.

The machine works with significantly less abrasion.

6. Aluminium gear box

It was possible to reduce the sensitivity of this machine unit significantly. By passing the drive from A- to B-side of the machine plus the usage of an aluminium gear dissipating heat, temperature development is driven down to the utmost.
